Do we have to sign a long term contract?

As your partner, we are here to stay and hope that you are too. We believe in earning your long term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. While we hope you would give us the

opportunity to address issues, should any arise, with 30 days written notice, you are free to terminate our contract.

How much are GSPM’s fees?

We offer all of our management services in fully customizable format. Each association is different and has different needs. Give us a call today so we can tailor a management package that is right for your association’s needs.

Why is GSPM better than self-management?

Do you offer remote HOA management?

We sure do and it’s a great option for a lot of our clients. Remote management is an option for communities who do not need a property manager on site. Clients who choose this option have little to no compliance issues or are confident in their ability to handle them on their own. Our remote management package allows us to handle collecting dues, following up on arrears, coordinating vendors and the billing and accounting for the association, leaving covenant and restriction enforcement to the board. This option frees up a ton of board member time and takes the administrative and financial management of the association off their hands. Remote management provides the community with the necessary administration experience a management company can provide, but allows the association to save money while reducing the workload of the board.

Do you offer online payments and are they secure?

Yes and yes!! At GSPM we utilize the most up to date property management software in the industry. Our provider is a publicly traded corporation with decades of experience in the industry. Our platform is secure and so are the payments made on same. All payments made online go directly into the association’s account, with no delay. No more waiting for payments to post or going to the bank to deposit checks!

Tell me about the board member training seminar you all offer.

We offer free board member training seminar for all of our clients. The seminar is hosted by a licensed Louisiana attorney and real estate agent. During the session we present on the most recent HOA issues and laws, cover duties and responsibilities of each board position, insurance considerations, best practices for keeping your association running smoothly, review dispute avoidance and resolution practices and end with a question and answer session. This is a great way for board members to have their questions answered and to learn from what other clients are facing. It’s also a great opportunity to generate new board members by allowing neighbors who may be a bit tentative about taking a position on the board to come and have their questions answered as well.
