No more looking for postage, wondering if the check was received or when the payment will be posted.
Homeowners enjoy the security of knowing their dues were paid on time. Associations enjoy online payment options because funds are deposited automatically into the Association’s account. No more waiting for checks to clear or deposits to be made!
Board Member reporting –
Our online software allows board members the ability to review important neighborhood information at their convenience. While our software allows us to post up to 100 different reports, most clients prefer a few high level reports. Like our fully customizable property management services, we tailor our reporting to the needs of the communities we serve.
We also keep up to date rosters for the neighborhood and a list of all homes for sale/sold in recent months. This reporting is a great way for board members to stay abreast of what is happening in real time. No more waiting for annual membership or board meetings!
Maintenance requests –
Areas of opportunity for improvement can be addressed in real time by homeowners and board members with no delay. Our online maintenance requests allow homeowners and board members the ability to make maintenance requests from the convenience of their home. Most importantly, this feature allows us to address issues in a timely manner.
All work orders generated from maintenance requests are tracked and logged through resolution. To ensure efficiency and transparency board members receive monthly reports of all work orders generated and the current status of same.
